About the Pretzel Maker
I am a multi-award winning fiction author who has used that platform to launch an additional career as a successful non-fiction writer, researcher and public speaker. My creative background allows me to bring the concept of metaphors and strong visual images into corporate marketing campaigns and script writing. This paradigm also allows me to create social media, resume and value propositions that brand people and companies in memorable ways.
Word pretzels—bending and shaping words and language to make something altogether new and appealing, that’s something I feel passionate about. I truly enjoy the entire writing process—dreaming, brainstorming, working, re-working, critiquing and starting all over sometimes. There is nothing about the hard work that is writing which I don’t enjoy.
I love movies and books. I read everything and anything—except category romance and occult fiction—and have been known to peruse ingredient lists while brushing my teeth and random pages in the dictionary on occasion. In a perfect world, I would spend most of my time watching and reading, lost in fictional worlds.
I just completed my first fictional novel, “The Shadows of Plain Sight”, a historical/women’s fiction piece set in post-Civil War Nevada. The novel explores the question we all contemplate at one time or another, “What would I become if I lost everything?”

so….where can admiring fans purchase the initial the work of the Pretzel Maker? Certainly such a book will have untold future value as a collector piece especially if personalized and signed by the author!
